When I was looking for my Cobra I thought the same thing - forward scoop gives more of a hot rod look. I have come to like the understated big wide bulge on the Cobra though. Just doesn't look quite as "race".

I hate to say it...but I agree. My cobra hood is bland compared to a nice scoop, and nothing looks as cool as the Mach 1. wow..

The Cobra is just bad ass. I love its speed, power ect ect.

It just does not have the looks to back up the speed. The QMp headers,o/r x pipe and catback will give it the sound. Now i am looking for a look to back up the power.
