The GTO is technically based on the superb Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano platform.

In cooperation with race engineering expert EDO Competition two versions are offered:
the 599 GTO: 5998 cc V12 - 650 hp / 465 ftlbs
the high performance 630 GTO: 6300 cc V12 - 750 hp / 553 ftlbs

Only 5 GTO's will be built for customers, guaranteeing exceptional exclusivity.
Price of a full-options 630 GTO is 993.000 euros/1,410,457 US (excludes base 599 GTB Fiorano! ex taxes).

I cant believe they can sell it as a "GTO". That said, we can be sure that at least one of these will be wrecked within 12 months of purchase. Assuming they are all driven at some point, I would be shocked if any lasted 20 years intact.

Ferrari has lost its ability to design a nice looking car.

While the 612 and 599 aren't the best looking Ferraris ever, the 430 Scuderia is awesome looking. I'd wait to reserve judgment on this until I see an actual PHOTO of the car, not some artists rendering.
