Those seem to be some small EFR turbos, which yes are internally gated.
Those turbos are top notch as far as quality goes. EFR is the new line of turbos Borg Warner came out with last year, with internal WG, and boost controller and blow off valve all integrated in the turbo.

Really nice, clean looking set up. Best looking turbo set up I've ever seen personally. It's nice seeing all the extra turbo parts are now internal on these new models. Makes for a sick look.
It is just soooo clean when it is factory!
