I want a 2.9 so bad. What kind of boost would a 3" or 2.75" pulley make with the longtubes?

I put down 19 on 3.50 pulley on stock manifolds no cats straight thru mufflers. I would say 23 psi on the 3.00 and a new set of pistons on the 2.75 unless you have the built bottom anything under a 3.25 pulley may be pushing it over the edge.

Think about 25 on the 2.75?

The e85 may help the stock pistons live
