Allright, so here's the deal. This picture was posted on 1320's page on Facebook. My friends seem to think this is real. I replied to him that this is photoshopped and that it's basically impossible to get a tire that big on that car. So on and so forth... His argument is that with money "ANYTHING" can be done. I realize there are drag cars out there that probably do have huge tires with sizes that I can't even imagine but do you guys really think this would be possible? Going off this photoshopped picture, if it were real I'd say that's a 435+ size tire. So my question is, do you guys really think a tire company would really "special" make a tire like this...

From just a little knowledge I know that the Bugatti Veyron has one of the widest tires on the market that has to be specially made to fit. It's a 365-710R540 not sure what the rim width is but I would assume something from 12-13 inch.

You'd be surprised what can be done. There's a guy in Atlanta that's got 24x14s or some shit on his challenger. A mid 4XX tire on it. 455 I think

I don't particularly think that looks good. I think 325's are about the limit of good looks of wide tires

With a back half or full chassis the sky is the limit. The thing being by the time you get into the big tires you won't find listings in metric sizes but standard instead.

Of course it is possible to tub a new edge, they probably even sell kits somewhere. Obviously you would have to scrap the IRS for a custom solid rear.

Its a photoshop. I saw that on 1320 posts too, someone posted the real shot, which is still impressive (345s iirc). If that tire was real it would be some outrageous 475 or something, which someone said they do produce.

You would need to be tubbed for it to work/fit.
