Been out of the game for a loooooong time, but joining a Men's league this week. Need some kicks. Anybody here in any rec leagues and have a recommendation? Most of the shoes these days are butt ass ugly, but I just need something that is light and performs well

Besides the shoes don’t go all in after being out of the game for a while. Shit breaks the older you get without regular conditioning and proper stretch. Best of luck.

You can still find almost any shoe from the last 20 years. A lot of them have been re-released and with a little searching, you can find them. The old nike air, etc.

I got a pair of penny air 2 a year ago for about $100. I had a pair when I was in 7th grade so about 13 years old. I'm 32 now. Nostalgia is real.

There is only one place worth getting shoes if you want to be a real baller on the court: https://bigballerbrand.com/
I've heard all kinds of stories about that joke of a brand. People getting the wrong color/size then the customer service reps talking shit to them when they demand a refund, saying if they need their money back, they must not be big ballers, haha.

How retro? The 1-4 would not be a wise choice.
If you want comfort with some support the Penny.

Well, then he clearly didn't mean the 1 - 4 models.

I think there are only like 20 models. How ever will he find one that works?

Not really into the retro stuff.

Kinda got my eye on the Dame 4 and Adidas Crazy Explosive

I bought the Nike Zoom Live II a couple months ago and really like them. Not too futuristic, fairly light and comfortable.
