I have posted before about the gas guage issues that I was having. The guage would never go below 3/4 of a tank. They replaced the sending unit, and guage cluster. It did not help.
Just the other day, a different shop found the problem. The tank was dented near the baffle, not allowing the float to come all the way down. Well they put the tank back in, and now the guage does not work at all.
I am taking it this Saturday to the dealer I bought it from, and they are fixing it.
My problem is that this morning I had my Service Engine Soon light come on.
Could that be attributed to the sending unit? I just had my pulley put on two weeks ago. Would that do anything to trip my SES?
Thanks for your comments.
