Need help with idler pullies

My car has developed a chirp as well. However, I already have a new belt and full set of pulleys from Billet Pro Shop. I'm going to hope it's just the ceramic bearings in the pulleys and that it's normal.

That's not really your belt design is it? I just bought all new pulleys and the tensioner pulley was a 76mm and definitely needed a bearing job
