When I bought my rear seat kit, it came with instructions: http://www.themotorcompany.com/index.php?mod=product&id_prd=146

The easiest part is removing the seats and putting the the kit. The hardest part is removing the seat belts.

To remove the seats, use a large flathead screwdriver. Under the cushion in the center middle of each seat is a tab, get the screwdriver under it and you'll feel/see part of the plastic tab. You just have to get the screwdriver under the tab to release it and the seat pops off. There is one tab on each side, so only 2 tabs to pop up. Once there's out, the whole bottom cushion comes out.

When you remove the seatbelt latches in the floorpan, be sure to put the bolts back in the holes.

I got the same kit. Very nice and matches the carpet.
