Need help installing my Metco 4 lb lower kit.

I got the 14mm nut off no issue and have everything installed except the hub and ring. I did purchase this kit used but it dosen't appear to be damaged in any way. The issue is that I can't get the new hub installed in the crank. It is close but just not going in. I have thought about sanding the outside of the hub for clearance but thought I would ask the pros first.
What am I doing wrong?
Oh ya the ring is already on the hub, from the previous owner.

Fixed my self just sanded the shit out of it till it fit!

Never heard of this issue nor had the issue before, but glad you got it installed.

Mine was ever so slightly out of round. I bought it used though. I was able to get it started and pull it in with the bolts.

If you didn't use loctite on those bolts, redo it immediately with loctite.
