Need help finding some text.

Someone on here posted a funny rhetorical story sometime back.

The story is about two guys....one is a track dog that continually asks the other guy if he is coming out to events. The other guy continually makes excuses about what the car needs until he finally says the car is finished after what seems like a year, but still signs up for novice.

Does anyone have it saved that they can cut and paste it here? I have to prove a point to someone local, and could really use it as an example.
