Need advice on a 03 cobra purchase

Looking to buy my first Terminator, but I have a couple questions about the car.

2003 Dark Shadow Grey
46,400 miles
2.6 Kenne bell with supporting mods (Has less than 300 miles)
BBK Longtubes
Catless X not sure which brand
Flowmaster mufflers
KB BAP
Electric water pump?
Stock rims with 315 Nittos in the back 245 Nittos up front
Corbeau racing seats with rear seat delete (does not have any stock seats...)

Questions: Whats it worth?
Paint has some fading spots nothing that looks major
6 inch or so scratch on the front bumper
Good 4 inch scrape on the side skirt paint is starting to peel on that.
Might sound a little worse than it probably is, I'm very picky.
Car also needs to be tuned, its currently set up on 110. Has a 93 tune in the SCT handheld, but I'm pretty sure I can't run that since it was for a smaller pulley size correct?

Problem is I don't have any pictures of the issues. Just looking for some guessing on my description.

id agree around 18, depending on how bad the fading is. paint is an expensive fix to have done right.

Mine is all original with 54k and perfect paint and the best offer I have received is 17.

315's on stock 9" rims = hack job IMO. I wouldn't drive highway speeds with those on there. My price estimate is no sale, look elsewhere.

The guy is asking $21k. Seems like a nice car. He said he has only driven the car about 600 miles in the 6 years he has owned it. I have some really really bad pictures of the car. My iPhone 5 takes terrible pictures. Took the car for a test drive, it flat out hauls. 640rwhp and 587rwtq in 102 degree weather on 110 octane
