Good. He never should have been charged with killing some scum terrorist anyways even though in the end he did not kill that terrorist. And the other guy who did kill him can't be charged anyway. Win Win.
Those scum that accused him with their lies should be discharged immediately. What they did is uncalled for. Destroy a family because they did not get their way.

I heard this news, and it was GREAT to hear he was found Not Guilty!
They're charging him
when an investigation was already performed, and determined no chargeable actions committed.
Isn't that basically double jeopardy?
Except this is military court where the constitution does not apply.
Always found that sort of ironic you take an oath to protect the constitution and yet a lot of it does not protect you while you serve the armed forces.
so there's no sort of check / balance in place to prevent an individual for being tried / investigated for the same situation multiple times?
