n2mb software help

I just installed and tested my n2mb wot box with 2 step and it works fine. The only issue I have now is I can't figure out how to get their software to work on my computer. I have windows 7.

What exactly is happening or are you doing? Need a lot more info.

Download the software, plug in the wotbox and make sure your ignition is on...

If you're using a serial to usb, make sure you have the driver installed.

I finaly figured it out. It was the driver for the usb to serial.
