Heat exchanger is good for track use. It'll keep your air intakes down from back to back runs. Exhaust is only good for those running a lot of boost and power unless you just want something for sound. I'd say the best bang for your buck IMO would be the chip and pulley combo, Factory tech valve body (extends the life of your tranny and shifts hard too), and a ported blower. Nothing beats a good "tune" so make sure you go to someone reputable.
