I shot a few pics, figured I'd share with those that missed it. In the Texas hill country, the hills and low clouds blocked the lower portion for a chance at viewing a full eclipse. I think the best place around Texas was El Paso to see it.

Great pictures. I was a little disappointed a few weeks ago when I heard about it, but am 2000 miles east of the closest viewing point. Jealous for sure.

Very cool pics, I was by the beach in Cali when it happened and the clouds kept covering it so I couldn't see it very well.

The OP's pics are larger, but the oil pump pic really shows off the eclipse nicely. I like that one.
