Been working on this sucker off and on for like 3 years. Finally I've painted the bottom, installed the built rear and suspension. Now I'm moving to the front and painting the engine bay after smoothing it a bit. After I'll install the front tubular kmember, coil over and the remaining front suspension. Going with 2015 Corvette daytona sunrise orange, not the be confused for Daytona "sunset" . Anyway thought I'd share. I'll post up the finished painted Bay in a few days

I think the Saleen paint color you're thinking of is Beryllium. Awesome color.

LOL. Just noticed Kevin beat me to it.

Going old school. Motor is almost done. It's a brand new r302 block, fully forged , stroked to 347 with a ti trim Vortech. Deciding whether to go auto or stick. It'll be about 8-900hp car and pretty light. Rear is fully built, welded with 9" ends and already on the car. Been a long term project that I hope to have completed by the end of the winter minus paint.

Painted and clear coated. Turned out nice. Can't wait to get the suspension on by the end of this weekend. Ill post some more pics as I progress.

Nothing much to look at yet but the short block is all done . New R302 block strocked to 347. Heads are getting assembled. Getting ready to purchase the Vortech YSI. More pics hopefully soon!!
