I went to the dealer to look at something else and this car was in the showroom, took it for a test drive, picked my daughter up at school and ended up buying it. I should have it next week once they receive the title.

Wow, you strayed from the original suggestions!

Looks very nice and well maintained. Should make for a nice cruiser! Keeps us updated on how it does on gas mileage.

Didnt you just get a Regal Turbo recently?

That was SVT150.

The caddy is pretty quick 0-60 in just under 5 seconds, not bad for a 4400 lb beast. Its got 470 hp and 440 lbs of torque. I'm perfectly happy with this stock version. I went there to look at a cts-v but it was a little to small, this has much more room, loaded with options, I didn't know this but the engines are hand built.

I know! I strayed quite a bit! But after talking it over with my wife, we both knew it would just be a matter of time before I got sick of a jetta or focus.

This has a bit of everything for me, its got power, comfort, definately feel a bit safer than in a smaller car.

It was owned by a cadillac technician, he had both the cts-v and sts-v, its very well maintained. As soon as I'm able to pick it up I'll post some more pics, the interior is mint, there's speakers built into the seats, heated steering wheel, pushbutton start.

Please please please tell me you're going to mod this? I never see them modded and it would be nasty. I've always been a caddy man and miss my ls6 CTS-V. Congrats on the new purchase.

A former marauder owner has brought his STS-V to our meets a few times, its a pretty sweet ride. His is modded though, I don't know with what but he's done some bolt ons to it.

Congrats on the purchase, definitely don't see many of those on the road

No. No. No. They would look like garbage.

I hope you were being sarcastic and making fun of the old geezers who do similar things, and that your taste really isn't that bad.
