My 92 Coupe Has a New Stable Mate

I just picked this thing up yesterday (2023 LT1 Camaro manual trans). I've always been a Mustang guy at heart, but not blindly brand loyal. This car definitely has its issues with visibility and space, I think my wife's Lexus RX350 has worse blindspots. For a weekend toy, this is going to be fun car. GM knocked it out of the park with Alpha chassis, LT1 and Tremec TR6060...very impressed so far. It sucks that muscle cars are being phased out, get em while you can.

The blue is a good choice in the car and it looks similar (maybe the same) as you seen on that sporty Caddy.

I bet your neighbor likes the color.

Those alpha cars are definitely great cars. I'd like to have an ATS-V some day.

@triple-s, the LT1 cars start in the 37K range. They were meant to be the entry level, bare bones V8 car. Other than the paint color, my car is a no option car. No option cars these days are laughable. Compared to my 92 coupe, this is a spaceship.

@biminiLX, GM stated that Camaro production ends in January 2024. They just started building 2024 models a few weeks ago, it will be a short 6 months run. And if the UAW goes on strike, there simply won't be a lot of these cars made for the final year.

Good looking cars. I know people hate the 6th Gen but I like them. I can't stand the 4th Gen, just like I hate the '05 S197s.

Alphas remind me of an American S15.

I wish I could like the looks of the new Camaro. That color reminds me of Ford Azure blue, it looks just a tad darker.
