Not a huge update, but the rear-end is back in, and the quarters have been riveted and glued with Vette panel adhesive. Then it will be time to drill the rivits out, and get the Rage Gold out!

nice RXP. I have an RXT that i think i enjoy riding more than anything else. It accelerates like a bat outta hell and i beat the crap out of it with little time wrenching. Probably one of the best toys out there.

GL with the project!

Thanks! The firewall is all done in polished aluminum, I do not know if the original tag is under there somewhere. But I would love to know those details. About the only thing I could tell is that the car was originally white, with red interior, and a column shift. But would love to know if it was a 6 cylinder car or V8 or what. It has been a drag car since the early 70s. The odo reads under 10k, and the speedo has always worked. Not sure if it's ever been rolled back, I'd assume it has, but then again it didn't ever see the streets until the late 90s.

Post some pictures!!

Couple pictures I have saved on here. She's really into this shit which is awesome, and she's pretty much fearless when it comes to any of my toys.

Car is back on the ground with the rear quarters roughed in as good as we're going to get them. The rest will be up to the body shop!

Awesome build! Great platform to work on. I have a 67 camaro that has been sitting for the past 16 years. Not much left and has all the SS badges but is clearly a 327 car as I've done my research. Would love to build a road race version. Your build looks great! Keep up the great work! And you have some nice help and support! ;-)

I've been dragging my feet on this thing all summer. I finally dug it out of the corner the other day and got it ready to drop off at the painters.

I can't do anything more to it until it's painted, so for now I'm just going to keep taking pictures of it LOL! My painter just left, said he hopes to start on it in a few weeks!
