Left my camera in Dallas and didn't bother washing the car with the 12,000 feet of rain they were expecting, but here's the first round of photos of the car lowered and on the Forgelines, repurposed from my Aston Martin Vantage. Photos courtesy of my iPhone, overdone editing via the PS app. Car hasn't moved since it came off the trailer from Runway Rivalry and TWS. WHEELS ARE FOR SALE!!

Better than stock, were they noticeably lighter?

My Forgestars were just a taaaad bit lighter, even though its a wider rim and rears were 1" in diameter larger.

If you wash your own car, cleaning those wheels will be a breeze compared to multi spoke/intricate designed wheels.

They were noticeably lighter than the SVTPP wheels, from what I could tell stacking them up. They were ordered for the Aston, so not as wide as I want, but they'll do for now.

And actually, the whole inner barrel is brushed and cleared so cleaning = nightmare LOL

They look very good. Let's see more pics. They kind of remind me of a modernized SN95 Saleen wheel, but in a good way.

These are all I have for now. If it EVER STOPS FREAKING RAINING I'm towing it up to Dallas to live with me, and it'll get a proper bath and a proper shoot.

I guess Ill be the odd man out but I dont like the look. Wheels are nice but to me they dont fit on that car well. Wheels look like they were meant for a luxury sports car or something else, not the Shelby... My .02

I love the style and the look but I understand you wanting something wider. When you sell them...what's next? Seems like I remember you commenting on here that you'd like to sell the car as well. That would suck but I understand that too.

Agree 100% on the white.

Now.... install them on MY car (or even yours) and i think we'd have a hit.

Bet they look incredible on black.

Look better on the AM, IMO.

Still look good on the Gt500, but I prefer the stock PP wheels over it.

They look good! But I do like the stock wheels too

Oh come on now, you know I can't run stock wheels. Ever.

The car is for sale, yes, but with my field a little more stable I'm less inclined to push a sale. Now if someone were to offer me money, yeah, it'd probably be gone.

I bet they would. And I bet I'd sell them cheap.

Right, and understandable, I ordered them for the AM. Never woulda considered these for a Mustang, but here they are, and while I don't hate them, they aren't permanent and are really only mounted for pictures for the for sale ad.

I would stop driving that immideately for your safety, the car has no brakes...

I know, #1 reason why I will NOT run 20s on this car. At least not till I get a big brake kit on it.
Here you go.
