What MM part number are the shocks? How many miles on the items? Why 600lb rear springs?

I found the part number and info on the recommend spring rates (MB-2959-S1). All I need is the miles on the items.

Less than 4K miles. They r like new. Have a few scratches on the body from putting in and out of IRS.
