I don't think the O2 Widebands failed (quit working), I think they had so much crap caked on them they were simply providing incorrect A/F feedback to the PCM. This is what TORCO does to plugs and O2 sensors.

Any idea how many miles of running torco that is from? What is the residue exactly?

Couldn't tell you. Those are example pics I used to show the residue build up. My buddies cars plugs and widebands looked like this after about 2K miles. Not sure how many tanks of gas or cans of TORCO were used.
