It's $1800 for the engine as a kit, and another $300 for the cooling setup. It's supposed to run 12,500 hp, I think he needs some carb tuning because it didn't sound right and wasn't making the RPM. 4.29hp from .029L of engine (based on the spec sheet), so if it's running right it should make close to 150hp/L.
