wow...

I grew in this area. My grandparents still live in Southington. I remember this house well, I visited during Mike's heyday. This house doesn't bother me, it's the rest of the community and the surrounding area going down the same path that bothers me. :nonono:

the pic dosen't look the same, but it says the mailing name is the monea family trust and was sold for 1.3 mill in 1999 so I am guessing its the same. maybe the guys who live by there can confirm the address st rt 534?

looks like crap. my spread at 7,700 square feet with a 1200 square foot garage and a 20,000 square foot back yard and a 5400 square foot airplane hangar with a 900 foot guest house built in it on 8 acres of land is way more cool than that jungle crap......

i am gonna build a pool, etc in my back yard and landscape it like some casino out in vegas :coolman:

Arizona and the Sonoran desert ftmf-n win

the more money you make the more problems you will have ;-)

if your net worth is $5 million you will have $5 million worth of problems. real estate can be a bitch. at this point in my life my estate is all of the exposure to real estate that i need. i am in the process of getting out of the habit of lending my $$$ to commercial real estate developers. i will still be a part owner of a apartment complex in Spokane, Washington though
