Info is understandably very chaotic. Suspect and car they are/were looking for. Sounds like there may be another black truck.

Fox said Authorities have told them this killers name, but they will not report it yet.

Fox now reporting Robert Card self-reported hearing voices, made threats to shoot up Maine National Guard. Committed himself this summer to a mental institution for a few weeks.
The minute he made threats, he should have been taken into custody and ALL of his firearms seized, and a permanent block on his NCIS profile instituted.

That could just mean he runs or works on ranges while in the reserves for all the media cares. If he works on the range then he's an expert instructor for the headlines.
They're saying he is a firearms instructor.
That's not just your typical range rat.
If this guy is an NRA certified firearms instructor the left is gonna have a field day with this.
