Hi,

I noticed some marring on my supercharger shaft.

Anyone have this when removing a pully?

Think it might throw it out of balance? Its like a scratch down the whole shaft

It wouldn't bother me  wouldn't shock me either since the eaton pulley is a press fit :-D

^^ dude just sand it down roughly. Your just cleaning the surface up a bit...

Think of it like a press in bearing, theres gona be scuffs and scratches as to wear it sits, you can put it just like that and it would be k. Most mechanics choose to clean it up so theres no contamination build in the future...

Same scenerio...

^Yep, just hit it with some sandpaper to get rid of the high spots only.

I've yet to see a shaft with this on it out of 180 blowers now so it's rare. Make sure you use some lube on that sucker when you put it back on.
