Im doing an eaton swap on my 97 and I have the opertunity to buy a set of 03 Marauder heads I just want to make sure the Marauder heads are the same as the cobra C heads and will in fact work with the eaton swap. Has anybody used heads off a Marauder?

Would the Marauder heads be better then 01 heads?
There are advantages to the marauder/mach/aviator/cobra heads. They have a bigger D-shaped exhaust port that favors midrange torque rather than peak power. They are probably the best mass produced 4.6 heads you can get. They aren't a HUGE improvement over the 99-01 heads worth going out of your way for if you already have a set of 99-01 heads, but if you have the choice between the two, definitely go with the later heads.
I guess If i would go with the 01 heads I could reuse my headers from my b heads.
yes and the reason is becuause they have a better short turn radius on the intake side and large exhaust ports that work well for FI.
Can I use my headers from my 97 B heads on the 03 heads?
