I have a used Magnaflow catted X-Pipe that came off of a 2003 Mustang Cobra. As far as I can tell, it is this x-pipe: http://www.americanmuscle.com/1999-2004-magnaflow-catted-xpipe.html
I ran it on my 03 cobra for a few years until I changed to a different x-pipe. When I bought it (used) I sanded it down best I could and painted it with high temp black paint. The paint has held up really nice. The x-pipe comes with stainless steel hardware on the catback side (4x bolts & nuts).
The bottom of the drivers side cat had been scraped a few times on the ground when I bought it, and I welded it up. It didn't leak, but it was just a peace of mind thing.
The x-pipe does not have the thin metal covers that go around the cats, as I pulled them off when I painted it.
