They do pay more you know that working at dealership. All for the better of the company. I lifted a bunch of F-150's for him back in the day. We made our own Bad Landers. Those were fun. All Pro Comp components, 2 tone leather, and all the the rest of the goodies. Some with big audio systems and all.

We also do a ton of the Ford back up cams on the Super Duty's and 150's with rear emblem/mirror swaps. I can buy most of the Ford electronics from outside venders for less than sales can get them from their own parts dept. :shrug:
