Lost power to one fog light

So far:
Tested pigtails and passenger side shows 12v and driver side 0-2v

Tested wires and passenger shows 12v driver shows 0-2v

Checked ground on driver side looks good and wires are intact

Swapped bulbs too no luck

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

If memory still serves me, the fog lights are serviced by two separate main harnesses. One on the right and one on the left.

Ah, now that would explain why one works and the other doesn't, even when switching bulbs. Definitely check the connections.

How about using a multimeter to diagnose for a bad ground?

Ended up being a bad wire. Traced back the ground for the pigtail and it was burned and twisted up in the harness so I will be cutting it out and replacing. Thanks for the help
