Looking to trade gt500 injectors for stock lightning injectors

What happened? Why wouldn't they work?

I have a stock fuel rail and when you stick the bottom part of the injector in and set it down where it's suposed to be the top part isn't sticking far enough into the fuel rail

injectors are sold.... now i need some stock lightning injectors.. the greeen ones!
