trying to sell my mustang and get back into one car possibly a focus st. i am going to local ford dealer tonight to drive a black ST3 just to see if i even like it. my question is what are these going for? i see used ones with 15k to 22k to 31k miles going for $26k!!! Local ford dealer has the brand new one marked down from MSRP $30,270 to $26,8xx. No clue why anybody would buy a used one. So just curious what you guys paid if you dont mind sharing thanks!

Honda's do this, so do Tacoma's. They cost about the same for a slightly used car as they do for a new one. The ST just seems to hold its value well.

Once the 2015 ST comes out it will probably knock down the older models a touch.

Oh and you will most likely get one once you test drive it. I was bored a few months back and test drove one, I almost traded my 2012 in that day but the sales guy was being a ****ing douche bag.

Yeah i know it is crazy! and i do like the fact that it will hold its value well. I agree the 2015 will hopefully make rebates on a new 2014 better! I looked at the 2015 st and i think overall i like the 13/14 better. the little touches arent worth paying retail on a 2015 to me.

lol that nice i take it? and i cant buy yet have to sell mustang first. just seeing if its a viable option if mustang sells

Yeah. Enough power to have fun, obviously it won't keep pace with the coyote but as soon as I threw it into the first corner I was hooked.

I paid 22k on a base with sunroof. they also gave me KBB price on my Durango for trade in, so 9k off the 22k. I'd spring the extra dough for an electronics package if I had to do it again.

I get A plan so i was at $20k for my ST1. I have 14 GT Premium as well so I wasn't going to spring for the extras in the Focus. Honestly don't mind the ST1 at all. Has everything I need. I put a sub in it and sounds great. The Factory Nav sucks anyway so not worth the money and the Recaro's are too tight and my touch is still slow as crap. So for me the ST1 fits the bill just fine.

man you werent kidding lol i love it!!! :D only negative is the torque steer. its hard to really get into it in the corners. paddle shifters would be sweet but for a daily i could rock it!

I purchased my 2013 ST3 no moonroof with 21k miles for 21900. This was in Columbus Ohio. Pricing on these vary a good bit it seems. Most new Focus ST3's were going anywhere from 24500 to 29k during the summer sale. (3500 rebates). There are deals to be had on these, just gotta shop around. I know a dealer around Baltimore was selling loaded ST3's for the 24500 price, whereas some dealers were asking full sticker and would not budge.

that is pretty local to me and do you know the name of the dealership in baltimore area? i think i would be hard pressed to find a loaded ST3 cheaper then $24,500

Fair warning, if you drive one you'll really want it. Just went on a test drive last weekend with my wife, just to see if its something for us to consider in the future, and left with a Tangerine Scream ST3. We officially have the loudest driveway in the neighborhood in terms of color.

They also pick up power easily, and of course will destroy a mustang in the corners. Stock HP is 252. Upgrade the intercooler, downpipe, intake and tune and it's making around 330hp. All can be done for under $1000 if you shop around properly, and don't assume the $900 intercooler is any better than the $250 intercooler.

here you go. We've only had it for a few days and my wife has been driving it to work, so I haven't been able to take any photos since.

The front plate remained on the car for less than a day, and has been removed since. Planning on ordering an intercooler and getting it tinted in the next few weeks.

I briefly drove a ST at a Ford Event last year, one of the events they toured the country with, got to run a small autocross with it. I liked the car, however, I felt it was laggy with the boost and power. Now maybe I'm jaded as I drove my Shelby there that probably makes as much power at 1500 RPM as the ST made at full song and it hits immediately with the PD blower.

I have a customer wanting to trade a 2014 Race Red ST3, fully optioned. It has about 12,000 miles on it. It'll be in the $22-23k retail range.

it's a fully loaded car that tips just over over 30k, got it for 30k otd w/ 0% financing. (was 28k before TTL and taxes) We could have paid less, but with 0% financing, that's a no brainer.

yeah one i looked at was $30,270 they had marked down to $26k and some change already. and yeah 0% is always a plus to have. I would have to number crunch some things before i buy one to see if 3% or 0% is better depending on rebates and deals
