Looked like he got out before any flames reached him.

But where the hell were the fire extinguishers?

I have two 40 pound C02 bottles around the car whenever I am working on it. Guess I am just a scaredy cast about fire.

Bit of a part failure on the dyno at a friend's shop. Thought I'd share.

Owner was a friend of shop owner. He was messing with his own car. It was a random part failure. Shop not liable. And that car is not insured. Full out race car. Lol

Holy crap! That would be heartbreaking. I wonder why he didnt have some kind of insurance on a vehicle worth so much? Ive never owned a flat out race car but i cant imagine some company offering some kind of insurance for something in a specialty market.
