Lightning -what to know when purchasing

I am interested in purchasing a 99-04 lightning. I havent looked into the lightnings much until here latley. I am just wondering what to look for when purchasing one. I am sure they change small things throughout the years.

What sparked this interest is that I found a 2000 Lightning for a pretty good price. It's red and has 110k miles. Seems to be a pretty clean truck (I havent verified in person yet).

Make sure the IC recall has been done. If it's pullied, ask him who tuned it. Mostly it's common sense stuff: make oil change has been done, etc.

Never said it was 100% just that it will help in the decision making process.

Carfax with Oasis report is about the best you can do, along with first hand info and reciepts from present owner.
