no you do not. this is my 88 fox that is very low in the back and still runs 3" tail pipes and a 315 tire. no rubbing. very tight fit but doable

Wheels come in tomorrow, then to try and stuff these 335's in there... Looking at it seems ridiculous but several people have managed to do it... So I must try!

and yes you can EASILY fit 335's on a 10.5 inch rim. You could even go 345's, but thats gonna bulge just a little.

I had 335 R888s on my 10.5s, this is the only decent pic I have that shows the bulge.

Centers on my KDW2s are pretty much gone. Still have some tread on the outter area though. Dropped the pressure to 30 to make them last a little longer. By my mat Im right around 17-18k miles on the rears. Fronts barely look worn which is incredible. As they aged, they did get louder but that is my only complaint.

Anyways, just scored a good deal on some old school Michelin Pilot Sports in 335/30/18. Both were in great shape, stored inside and still have flexible tread with no cracking. If I get 8k miles out of these it will have been worth it. May not put them on until later this year, depends on how slippery these KDW2s get.
