2014 Hypermotard SP. Seriously the most fun I've ever had on two wheels!
Here is mine, ducati 999 and a pictur of my buddies 996( in my opinion one of the best looking bikes I have ever seen.) I'm picking up my 996 on Tuesday

I always thought those Ducati's had a very clean look to them.
Just out of curiosity.. how long can you ride one of them before becoming infertile?? lol.. **** that looks painful!!
He likes it and it looks good in person. He hates carbon fiber and matte black stuff. He thinks it's gotty, in most situations I have to agree with him. I intend to make my 999 in to the black and red theme and i think I'm going to copy a gulf oil racing baby blue and orangeThe 996 looks great..except for the chrome(or polished)wheels/bits. Chrome+Duc=fail. It needs some carbon BST's instead
On the second session of the day I came into Turn 6 a little hot and was on the front brakes too far into Turn 7, so when I let off the brake and eased on the throttle, the front suspension unloaded too much, too quick and I tucked the front tire...so the HyperSP has officially been low sided around 80mph. I slid from the apex all the way through the grass but surprisingly the fairings didn't even get scratched!
Damage report:
-Right peg gone
-Rear brake lever gone
-Right "hand guard" gone
-Exhaust heat shield scratched
The bike never cut off, so I rode it back to the paddock and took the passenger peg off and moved it up front. Then I drilled and tapped the brake lever for a makeshift brake. I went out and rode the next session, no issues the rest of the day!
That's awesome that is all that happened to it. I feel like when mine finally goes down, it will not be as fortunate. Good to see you using her as she should be.
