Yes indeed. It is a blast and a job that I actually like going to. Im PT now but always applying when a department is hiring FT.

glad everything worked out for you man. ill be in your shoes in a year or two. im active duty military still right now but im already looking at departments because i love the job and wanna continue on with it. not sure yet where i wanna work yet im open to almost any state.

Grats! I'm in the opposite boat myself coincidentally, pretty much had a FD job contingent upon my passing of my Paramedic practical today yet just BARLEY failed in part of a technicality. I've been kicking myself all day.
