what did you order from him?
If it was paid for with a CC - dispute it and likely get your money back.
a torsen t2-r. i bought it knowing it was back ordered and would have to wait, not a problem at all. the issue came about when he told me it had shipped - 5 weeks went and no shipment came. all of my requests for updates were ignored.
got another email from LCR today and it was just him reiterating it was back ordered . . . no acknowledgement of many requests to have the order cancelled or apparent remembrance of what lead up to this point. also requested i take this post down but until i get an actual response to my request i don't feel inclined.
even if it still back ordered, time to cut your losses imho. I would demand a refund within 24 hours or dispute it with your CC. This has gone on long enough
I tried but i waited about 3 days too long after he told me it had shipped and my claim wasn't accepted. If the intention was to string me along until a claim couldn't be made it worked.
That's good news that they finally reached out to you. Did you get a tracking number? I hope so.
I am sorry but Emmerson R. Ball is running a scam at Last Call Racing. Don't support this business. Myself, others and Consumer Affairs of CA are trying to find this guy. He ripped off me and several other people. What business list products they don't have in stock and does not mention they are in backorder or charges your card before they ship the product. Don't fall for the low prices. Emmerson lied to me in Feb 2021 and said my product would ship in a couple of weeks. He stopped answering my call and emails in April. I am sure whatever sob story he told you was fake and only fulfilled your order to maintain a positive online presence. I am pursing a charge back with my credit card company but I feel sorry for the victims who paid via bank wire. Does anyone knows where this guy is located now? He been running for a while from WY to CA to FL. Does anyone know where he is in FL? We would like to have him served.
Emmerson if you are reading this call me coward
i actually ended up receiving my parts, but they were just drop shipped from maximum motorsports. my posts were edited because he threatened to sue me for defamation. during a 30-minute long rambling phone conversation about reputation in the industry and not letting me get much more than few words in like "where's my order, why won't you cancel it?", he admitted the MM order wasn't made. about a week and a half later it showed up here, however i 100% believe i wouldn't have gotten this order, like the other people that contacted me or posted here, had it not been for reaching out on here and to people that know him.
good luck!
Great informationthis guy has dozens of open fraud cases and the OP will probably never receive his items. Fake tracking number is what he sends out after months of dragging you along. He got me and 4 others that I know.
Here is the solution:
File a complaint with bbb.org
File complaint with FTC , report fraud.FTC.gov
File complaint with fbi at ic3.gov
File complaint with cfpb consumer financial protection bureau
File complaint with dca.ca.gov at

file a civil suit in florida or Cali. ( mine is in florida ). You will win, it’s handled online via video conference call, and it’s only like $70
I’m glad you got your stuff but I wouldn’t have edited anything. He would have gotten laughed at by a judge in court if he thought he was going to try and sue you and win because someone said something bad about him on an internet car forum.i actually ended up receiving my parts, but they were just drop shipped from maximum motorsports. my posts were edited because he threatened to sue me for defamation. during a 30-minute long rambling phone conversation about reputation in the industry and not letting me get much more than few words in like "where's my order, why won't you cancel it?", he admitted the MM order wasn't made. about a week and a half later it showed up here, however i 100% believe i wouldn't have gotten this order, like the other people that contacted me or posted here, had it not been for reaching out on here and to people that know him.
