Well, went to Norwalk, Ohio Fun Ford Weekend today.
This was my first time ever on a track. Had to ask a million questions, nervous as all get out.
Running 17lb on the KB. ZERO traction through first and second (slid all the way through each gear), although admittedly I didn't do a good job on the burnout (315 BFG's at 20psi).
I had sooo much fun, I couldn't stop grinnin'. Even if I didn't know what I was doing, and probably looked a fool, I loved it!
Ran in the Street Ford class, supposedly the class for 'rookies'!
If I could get traction I think I could do better.
Well, here is the times:

R/T .824
60' 1.879
330' 5.061
1/8 7.258
1000' 9.946
1/4 11.790
MPH 125.35

If someone tells me how to insert a picture I can post the actual slip.

If that was your first time at the track and you spun through 2nd that is a hell of a run. Good MPH you will probably be able to drop a second in the quarter with practice.

Toofast, you think I could drop a whole second? That would be awesome.
I gotta tell you guys, Norwalk claimed they had over 1000 cars sign up at last years event, not sure if there were that many today, but I will say this - there were very, very few street cars running in the 11's.
By the way, I lost in the elimination after dialing a 12.0

The 1/8 MPH is confusing on the slip, it reads 040.54. Is that 104.54?
