i have the 2.2 old style and was going to change the oil but need to know what kind and how much anyone know?

redline 50w race oil and about 5 0z

would the oil you use to change a stock eaton work found couple bottles of it in the shop.

Kenne bell tec told me to put 50w mobil 1 thats was the use with dye.It was 7.50 a quart
