Took these pictures tonight and I thought I'd share. I picked up a 2.8h lc mammoth Kb with the single blade option (instead of the twin 75mm), and compared it to the whipple single blade off the 3.4 crusher. I'm not saying kb is better by any means, and I will in the future be purchasing again from whipple just thought I would share.

I though I read on here of a member having idle issues with the single blade upgrade TB. I think he switched back to the twin 75's and it idled perfect again.

Wow, that's a big difference.

Yup, that's what I thought too.

Haven't heard of any issues, but in case I do now I know where to start.

Thank you for the info, I wasn't aware of that issue. I hope this one doesn't have the same problem, if not I'll just have to purchase the twin blade for it.

I hope it works out for you. The TB looks great. Wonder what the difference is compared to the vmp GT500 style TB?I think when vmp designed the GT500 style TB they made the rod that runs across the blade thicker to eliminate any flex in the blade.

I hope so too, it would be a shame if it doesn't work.

I know my vmp GT500 style TB has zero idle issues. Hopefully KB has fixed the problem if it is a known issue. It could be an isolated thing tho. Let us know if you have issues so others won't.

Yeah, if I have any problems I'll report back.
