I do need a link on how to remove the K member for my shop, they've never done it before.
Could someone help?

Would anyone have a picture of the K member for me, inside and outside the car?
That way I can show where the mounting bolts are.
I'm in Florida right now, so I can't do the pictures myself.

There are 8 bolts for the K member to the frame. They need to remove the front brakes, steering rack, struts and springs. Also remove motor mount to k member nuts. Then remove the 8 frame bolts. 4-15mm bolts on the rear of the K and then 4 18mm bolts where the upper spring perch is

When I changed the clutch on my DD (Neon)...

I had a engine hoist that worked very well. It was expandable and supported on the strut towers. It had 2 hooks and chains that you hooked onto the engine. It allowed me to tilt the engine to one side to remove the transmission. Worked well.

How long will it take to remove the K member, change the oil pan and put everything back in?

My guess would be 7hr, does that sound about right?
