Probably been asked over and over, but I rely on actual users experience..

I'm looking for suggestions on a K-member/Control arm package. I want one that fits properly without modification, and no relocating of the oil filter. I will also be using a coil over, likely AFCO/Menscer.

If you have any suggestions I'd like to hear them. Positive or negative welcome!

Thanks.

What are the plans for the car? That makes a difference. Overall I'm happy with my MM set up. But you don't want to deal with the oil filter relocation. Which I don't blame you. I kept waiting for @BMR to come out with their set up, but I have up.

The Steeda Kmember is getting a bit of following.
You are pretty much stuck with the OEM arms with that k member.
It is lighter, well built and leaves the oil filter where it is.

jrgoffin is someone to contact concerning this k member and possible arms combo.
He is on corral more often that svtp.
But he never went CO.

I think this is his site.

You can go coilover with the Steeda.

I have two and plan on the new BMR A Arms for the stock suspension setup in my cars.

To be fair you can run coilovers on any K member. The coilover doesn't know what K member is bolted to the car. I ran my coilovers with the stock K member and control arms for a bit before installing the MM K member.

If you’re using afco mensers you’re drag racing. I Run mensers and running a racecraft chromoly kmember with steel control arms from them. No oil filter relocation. All the streets and racecars that are built from AED usually have racecraft as well.
