Finally got the garage done and the Shelby in it for the JLT Stage I...and wow! is all I can say.

The install went very smooth, the parts and kit are first rate. And you'll need to take some cheese with this whine baby.

Nice job on the Garage, TXShelby.

Did you notice like I did how much more you can hear the s/c with the JLT on?

I see you have aftermarket exhaust. What is it, and how do you like it?

I have one huge problem with the JLT/Tune mod.

Brace yourself, but I find myself driving way tooooo fast just to get the revs up to hear the blower. I may swap gears just so I can get into the audible range quicker :D This way Im not driving down the 35mph street doing 70mph in 2nd gear haha

Of course, but you can return to stock very easily.
I don't think it has evere been proven if Ford can tell for sure if you flashed your car, some say it shows as just a battery reset, others say Ford will know all. Who knows

All dealers are differant.
We have Ford dealers that are JLT dealers and install them for their customers.

Ask your servise manager how he feels about it.

they look like rubber mats, maybe so crud and oil wont get on the floor. dont quite see the purpose though, thats what garages are meant for!

I've got the old Corsa's, Part number 14311. Love them with the vert. Haven't heard the new ones yet, but I think Lethal Perf has them already.

When you order the JLT kit with tune, how do you install the tune? Is it a chip that comes or a tuning device? Do I have to pay someone to install the tune?
Don

It's a very easy install for the tune... Your stage I comes with an SCT module that plugs in under the dash, you just follow some very very easy instructions and it will walk you through it all.

So easy, even I could do it.

Just have a block of cheese handy, you'll need it for all the new WHINE your blower has.

I've got BMT ribbed mats on the floor, they are great for catching crap and very easy to keep clean.
The floor is U-Coat-It and it was very easy to do. About 3 days, 2 if you're not into the gloss finish.

Thanks guys.
