I say, hit the silver trim rings with some black. They look a bit out of place in my opinion (but that's only my opinion). Other than that, very cool.

I kinda like the silver trim, gives it a more euro/exotic touch. But I wish JLT would make an aftermarket lower grill so these GT500 owners dont have to hack into what is probably a 300 dollar piece of plastic.

I wonder if anyone has ever though of attaching this to the bottom part of the cai box?

I've always imagined fabricating a huge intake inside the bumper that had a fat tube leading to the cai intake box or straight into a vararam setup in the vettes/gto/camaros.

If no one has done it i bet it doesnt do shit! lol

JLT actually makes this kit both ways, as a brake cooling kit or as an air intake kit.

That's awesome and I think the silver rings looks sweet. Nice subtle touch to let people know something is a little different about the car.
