Pros:

-I can use a larger amount of ICE at the track
-The reservoir is not subject to engine bay heat

Cons:

-Cost/Expense
-Time (worth money)
-Added weight to vehicle (fluid / parts)
-Space reduction (sub, amps, nitrous bottle, spare tire/jack in trunk)
-Lack of ease to see if pump is working

-Not worth all of the above for no improvement on the street.

Adding a better pump due to mine being weak, a much larger H/E due to mine being cracked, a built in switch for the pump (toggle) and possibly some fans....is much more effective in my situation, especially considering that I have no reason to have a trunk tank. ;)

Ahh ok I understand. I have a clear top on my tank so I can always open the trunk and make sure its working. I also wired the on/off switch in line with dual fans on my H/E (which I may end up taking off the fans) to a toggle switch so i can leave it on while not running.

I understand though, The main benefit I see on the street is more time before I start seeing the effects of heat soak compared to cars with smaller/oem reservoirs. A killer chiller would be the best option for a street car IMHO.
