Whenever I turn my wheel to the right to turn it makes this ERRRRRRRRR noise. I checked to see if the tire was rubbing, but it's not. So I was just wondering if anyone had something like this before and knows what it might be?

I've been having the same problem for almost 5 months now, and i still can't find it. Mine sounds like plastic rubbing...
Have you tried changing the steering rack bushings? That's the most common culprit for this noise and is an easy fix.
I never really noticed it in reverse... Just when I'm in 1st gear turning right, loud noise. Turning left, it's quiet as day. I'll look up on that steering rack bushings...
