E85 has been around since the 70s and more stations are popping up. So no not going anywhere. IT is 30 cents cheaper than 87 octane and about 60 cents cheaper than 93 in my area.

Valero made an announcement last September that all of their new built stations will carry e85. They now own 10 ethanol plants and were the company that bought out VeraSun.

Actually the government is switching the current E10 to E15. Meaning more Ethanol.

Ethanol is not going anywhere any time soon.
