ipod/phone location?

Bought a new receiver and it has a rear usb. Where is everybody running the wire into? Glovebox, center console? Pics would be helpful or any install tips.

I ran mine to the glovebox in my last car. I would do it that way again if I had too. Good for passengers and hidden, clean look.

Mine runs along the passenger footwell. Not as clean but I like to have access to my phone in the cup holder.

I have mine wired into the stock unit. Works great. Wish I had steering wheel controls like the new cars though.

How exactly did you wire it into the stock unit? I've been curious if I would be able to do this myself or not.

I cut a hole in the coin holder and fed it up through there and my iphone sits in the cup holder
